  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 180ml warm water

  • 250g plain flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Mix, knead for 5-10 mins, and leave covered to rise for 1 hour in a warm spot.

 

Classic Margherita 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp tomato passata

  • 125g fresh mozzarella

  • Handful of fresh basil

  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt

Method:

  1. Roll out your dough, spread the passata thinly.
