Return/Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns can be extended by 30 Days if the item has been registered on our website upon receiving your order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Items showing clear signs of use, any that are damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or those outside our return window, will be considered non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, send your replacement or contact if there are any issues. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Used items and missing accessories will have deductions taken from the refund up to the maximum of 50%. If the item is in working condition and has been returned a restocking fee will also be applied. 

Restocking fee’s:

Electricals – £5
Clothing - £2
Homeware – £3
Toys - £2
Skincare – No Refunds due to hygiene reasons
DIY - £3

Late or missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take 10 working days before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use clickk@stockk.co.uk send us an email. We will reply within 48 hours of hearing from you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at clickk@stockk.co.uk 

We make sure to answer all emails within a 48-hour timeframe.

Return shipping

To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 48 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns postage labels will be provided for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your item stops working within the 30 day returns period
  • The incorrect item is sent
  • If arranged otherwise

Returns labels are created through Royal Mail. We will send this via email and organise a date to collect the item. If the item is not collected within 3 attempts, we will be unable to refund your item.
