Made in France from PEFC-certified beech wood sourced from sustainably managed French forests, it combines natural style with long-lasting quality. The salt mill features a specially treated stainless steel mechanism designed to resist corrosion and keep the teeth sharp. Its two-stage grinding system first fractures, then crushes dry rock salt to a consistent texture, helping release maximum flavour. For best results, use dry rock salt with a maximum diameter of 4 mm. This mill is not recommended for sea salt. It comes partially filled with rock salt, ready for immediate use.
